Solution: Shifted to Shopify with better tools & optimizations. Standardized pricing across the site for a seamless shopping experience.

Solution: Added testimonials to build credibility. Model images enhanced product visibility, improving engagement and trust.

Solution: Gradually increased spending based on needs. Focused on traffic ads to gather data with lower CPCs at the initial stage.

Solution: Followed up with Shopify to recover the account. Removed payment methods and restricted access to prevent further issues.

Performance Challenges

1. Due to a new ad account, there was no data as well as the account spending for per day was as low as £30

Solution: Started with traffic ads to improve the data and increase the spends. Initially 2-3 campaigns launched to improve the spends.

2. Ad account got restricted due to failures of multiple payments

Solution: A new ad account launched with a backup payment method to ensure the smooth running of the ads.

3. Good CTRs, lower CPCs but 0 purchases, highlighting that the audience needs more refining

Solution: Multiple interest-based audience-tested to improve the conversions. Location-based targeting to enhance the relevancy. Focused on an age-group-based audience

4. Catalog ads were working but showing an error when clicked on a few products

Solution: Landing pages were reviewed and updated. Catalog product links were fixed and a manual catalog was created to ensure the products had no errors.

5. Zero conversions after seeing a stable performance in terms of other matrices

Solution: Started offer-based ads, to boost conversions. Refined audience to decrease the cost per purchase
